Lindsey S. Drake, Of Counsel
Lindsey S. Drake joined the firm in January 2026 as Of Counsel. She is an experienced attorney in the areas of estate planning, probate, and Medicaid. She is an adjunct professor of elder law for the University of Texas at Austin School of Law and for St. Mary’s University School of Law, teaching the next generations of lawyers how to serve a growing population in need.
Lindsey was awarded the 2024 Corporate/Transactional Attorney of the Year by the Travis County Women Lawyer’s Association. She focuses her work on helping clients craft plans that fit their lives, and helping families navigate the probate process after losing loved ones. She believes deeply in equipping as many adults as she can reach with the tools needed to ease both long-term care concerns of their own and stress over the death of loved ones.
Outside of work, Lindsey enjoys cheering on her favorite teams and spending time with family and friends.
